To have a robust sense of your own optimism and confidence in your ability to solve problems. To think clearly, to be able to experience your emotions, and, through it all, be aware of joy in living. These are essence of a healthy psychology.

My Mission

I work to build a relationship with you to help you understand yourself and to make meaning of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I offer a space in which you can allow yourself to feel freely, to think clearly, to name what you want, to learn how to change, and to begin to live a satisfying life.

My approach

My academic and clinical experience

I earned my bachelor’s in Italian Language and Culture at Princeton University, in Princeton, NJ, and my doctorate in clinical psychology at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Yeshiva University in the Morris Park neighborhood in the Bronx, NY. Dr. Shelly Goldklank supervised my doctoral research.

I trained in hospitals, college counseling centers, community organizations, and community mental health clinics in New York City and Philadelphia. My doctoral research focused on the relevance of PrEP for gay men. I have offered seminars the impact of COVID on LGBTQ+ and POC communities. I am a cofounder of the Get It Together Coalition, a non-profit organization in West Hollywood focused on collaborating with local organizations to find new solutions to heal and support all LGBTQ+ communities.
